Annotatsiya
Ушбу мақолада саноатлашган жамиятларда атроф-муҳитда тарқалган оғир металларнинг инсон организмига, айниқса иммун тизимининг марказий органи бўлган тимусга етказадиган таъсири илмий текширувлар, экспериментал моделлар ва клиник кузатувлар асосида комплекс таҳлил қилинган. Тадқиқот натижаларига кўра, кадмий, симоб, қўрғошин, мишяк ва бошқа оғир металлар ҳужайраларда оксидатив стресс, яллиғланиш, апоптоз ва эпигенетик ўзгаришларга олиб келади. Шунингдек, ген регуляцияси, сигнал трансдукцияси ва ҳужайравий механизимларнинг бузилиши иммун тизимининг сусайишига, инфекцияларга нисбатан ҳимоянинг заифлашиши ва аутоиммун ҳолатлар ривожланишига сабаб бўлади.
