Annotatsiya

Инкрустирующий цистит – довольно редкое и не до конца изученное заболевание, характеризующееся хроническим воспалительным процессом, часто рецидивирующим течением, которое проявляется инкрустацией слизистой мочевого пузыря, то есть отложением фосфата аммония и магния, а также струвита на поверхности слизистой мочевого пузыря, которая со временем становится интимно спаянной с подслизистой, а иногда и с мышечной стенкой мочевого пузыря. Частой причиной заболевания является уреазопродуцирующие бактерии в моче, в основном Corynebacterium urealyticum. В результате инфекционно-воспалительного процесса повышается pH мочи, что приводит к формированию инкрустации и её отложению на уротелии. Сложность ранней диагностики данного заболевания ведет к усугублению инкрустирующего цистита и развитию осложнений. Ключевым фактором при лечении инкрустирующего цистита является комбинированная рациональная терапия с удалением инкрустации, подкислением мочи и продолжительным приемом антибиотиков.
