Аннотация
Артериал гипертензия (АГ) этиопатогенезини ўрганишдаги сезиларли ютуқларга қарамасдан ушбу муа ммо замонавий тиббиётда долзарблигича қолмоқда ва унинг ривожланишидаги омилларни ўрганиш муаммо ечимига харакат сифатида катта аҳамиятга эга. Шу мақсадда ўрганилган ва тайёрланган адабиётлардаги маълумотлардан фойдаланиб, охирги йилларда АГ ривожланишида Хеликобактер пилорининг (Х.пилори) ролини ўрганишга бағишланган изланишлар таҳлил қилинган, иккала муаммо орасидаги ўзаро патогенетик боғлиқликни ечишга қаратилган маълумотлар аҳамиятга олинган. Бир неча текширувлар натижаси Х.пилори билан касалланган одамларда артериал гипертония ривожланиш хавфи инфекцияланмаган одамларга қараган да юқори бўлишини кўрсатмоқда. Шархимизда, Х.пилорининг қандай патологик механизмлар орқали орга низмга таъсир қилиши очиб берилган. Х.пилори ва АГ ривожланишидаги ўзаро патогенетик боғлиқликнинг асосини яллиғланиш цитокинлари миқдорининг ошиши, гомоцистеинемия, B12 витамини миқдорининг камайиши билан борувчи эндотелиал дисфункциянинг юзага келишини ташкил этаётганлиги тўғрисидаги маълумотлар келтирилган.
