Аннотация
Ушбу мақолада жисмоний юкламаларнинг ичак микрофлораси таркиби ва хилма-хиллигига таъсири кўриб чиқилган. Тадқиқотлар шуни кўрсатадики, мунтазам жисмоний машқлар ичакда фойдали бактериялар, хусусан, қисқа занжирли ёғ кислоталарини ишлаб чиқарувчи турларнинг кўпайишига ёрдам беради. Бу жараён метаболизмни яхшилаш, яллиғланиш жараёнларини камайтириш ва иммунитетни мустаҳкамлашга хизмат қилади. Спортчилардаги микробиотанинг ўзига хос хусусиятлари уларнинг чидамлилиги ва юкламалардан кейин тикланиш қобилияти билан бевосита боғлиқ. Бу эса спорт натижаларини оширишда янги истиқболларни очади.
