Аннотация

Atrial fibrillation (AF) is one of the most common and clinically significant heart rhythm disorders. Despite the fact that this arrhythmia predominantly occurs in elderly people, in recent years there has been an increase in the frequency of AF among patients under 40 years of age. Although the frequency of BF in this age group remains relatively low, its clinical significance is quite high due to possible long-term cardiovascular complications, including thromboembolism, heart failure, and stroke. The purpose of this study was to study the clinical and hemodynamic features of atrial fibrillation in patients under 40 years of age, to identify leading risk factors, and to assess the influence of metabolic and modifiable behavioral determinants on the development and recurrence of AF.
