Аннотация

Талоқ организмнинг иммунологик ва гематологик тизимларида муҳим рол ўйнайди. Ушбу аъзонинг шикастланиши кўп ҳолларда оғир клиник оқибатларга олиб келиши мумкин. Анъанавий ёндашувда талоқ жароҳати кўпинча спленектомия билан якунланади, бу эса пост-спленектомия синдроми, инфекцияларга мойиллик ва тромбоз каби асоратлар хавфини оширади. Замонавий жарроҳлик усулларининг ривожланиши талоқ шикастланишларини консерватив ёки минимал инвазив усуллар орқали даволаш имкониятларини кенгайтирмоқда. Айниқса, аъзо сақловчи жарроҳлик усуллари (спленорафия, қисман спленектомия ва биполяр коагуляция) шикастланган талоқни тиклаш ва сақлаб қолиш имконини бермоқда. Ушбу мақола талоқ шикастланишларида аъзо сақловчи жарроҳлик амалиётларининг долзарблигини, самарадорлигини ва клиник натижаларини ўрганишга қаратилган. Адабиётлар таҳлили орқали турли жарроҳлик ва консерватив ёндашувларнинг қўлланилиш имкониятлари, уларнинг афзаллик ва камчиликлари баҳоланади.
