Аннотация

Хавфли асцит тухумдонлар саратонида тез тез учраб, шундан 10% гача бўлган холатларда беморлар тухумдонлар саратони рецидив билан азият чекадилар. Асцитик холат хар учтадан битта беморда тухумдон саратони ташхиси куйилган вактда ва рецидивланган беморларни деярли барчасида аникланади. Асцитнинг мавжудлиги тухумдонлар саратонини перитонеал йўл билан таркалишига туртки булади ва касаллик прогнозининг ёмонлашуви ушбу холат билан боглик. Хавфли асцит хужайра компонентлари ва эрувчан факторлар учун мураккаб аралашма сифатида таъсир этиб, усма хужайралари учун стимулловчи микроиклимни таъминлаб беради. Беморлар улими асосан усманинг корин бушлигида диссеменацияси ва метастазланиши билан боглик. Асцитик суюкликдан усма хужайралари олиниши асосий касаллик манбаи ва тухумдонлар саратонидан улимга олиб келишидан дарак беради. Ушбу усма хужайралари субпопуляцияси химиотерапияга юкори чидамли булиб, дистал метастазланиш ва рецидивланиш хусусиятига эгадир. Антиангиоген таргет препаратлари булиб хисобланган бевацизумаб ва пазопаниб хавфли асцитик суюклик билан кечувчи тухумдонлар саратонини симптоматик даволашда келгуси парацентезгача булган даврда узининг яхши эффектини курсатади. Шундай килиб, келгусида ушбу таргет препаратлар усма билан боглик асцитни камайтириши, беморнинг яшовчанлигини узайтиришини аниклаштиришмаксадида кенг куламли текширишлар утказиш зарур деген хулосага келдик.
